- Build strong relationships with partners to enhance systems integration and address concerns from managers and executives with well-researched recommendations.
- A minimum of five years of experience in analytics and system development.
- Expertise in SQL and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in creating process documentation and generating reports.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Visio.
- Proven experience in project management and user testing.
- Strong background in data visualization.
- High proficiency in technical writing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather business requirements for analysis and documentation.
- Collect and analyze data to detect patterns and trends that can inform business decisions and improve workflows.
- Draft comprehensive specifications detailing both functional and non-functional requirements for new systems or enhancements.
- Create detailed business process models to illustrate current workflows and highlight opportunities for automation or improvements.
- Identify inefficiencies in current operations and propose solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement solutions that address identified business needs, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Act as a liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, facilitating the communication of business requirements and technical solutions.
