Job Title: Business Analyst

Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Day 1 Onsite)

• Serve as a thought leader for optimizing business processes, and developing system prototypes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and execute precise management strategies for each project, ensuring transparent communication at all levels.
• Conduct quality assurance at every phase of system development, ensuring high standards are met.
• Identify and define user requirements for active systems to ensure optimal usability.
   

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to conduct thorough analyses and develop documentation, ensuring clear communication with production, management, and executive teams.
• Continuously assess, analyze, and communicate system requirements, maintaining system processes and delivering regular status reports.
• Prepare and maintain both internal and external documentation, ensuring timely delivery of requirements and updates.
• Perform daily system analytics to optimize functionality and quickly resolve any issues.
• Build strong relationships with partners to enhance systems integration and address concerns from managers and executives with well-researched recommendations.
   

Required Skills and Qualification:

• A minimum of five years of experience in analytics and system development.
• Expertise in SQL and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in creating process documentation and generating reports.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
   

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Visio.
• Proven experience in project management and user testing.
• Strong background in data visualization.
• High proficiency in technical writing.
   

Key Responsibilities of a Business Analyst:

Requirements Gathering and Evaluation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather business requirements for analysis and documentation.
• Collect and analyze data to detect patterns and trends that can inform business decisions and improve workflows.
• Draft comprehensive specifications detailing both functional and non-functional requirements for new systems or enhancements.
   

Process Improvement and Modeling

• Create detailed business process models to illustrate current workflows and highlight opportunities for automation or improvements.
• Identify inefficiencies in current operations and propose solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement solutions that address identified business needs, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
   

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Act as a liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, facilitating the communication of business requirements and technical solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process models, project plans, and solution designs to support project execution and future reference.
• Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback, confirm requirements, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
