    Job Overview for OIM Support Administrator

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OIM (Oracle Identity Manager) Support Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our Oracle Identity Manager environment, ensuring seamless identity and access management across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • System Administration: Manage and maintain the Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
    • User Support: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for OIM-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently.
    • Access Management: Oversee user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management to ensure secure and compliant access to systems and applications.
    • Policy Enforcement: Implement and enforce identity and access management policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Integration: Work closely with application owners and IT teams to integrate OIM with various enterprise systems and applications.
    • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance, generate reports, and conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and security of the OIM environment.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the OIM environment, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Training and Development: Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on OIM functionalities and best practices.
       

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in OIM administration and support.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Identity Manager, SQL, LDAP, and other identity management technologies.
    • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Oracle Identity Management or related fields are a plus.
       

    Skills and Experience:

    • Proven ability to coordinate and manage application testing activities.
    • Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and service desk platforms for issue tracking and managing requirements.
    • Skilled in analyzing defect causes, documenting solutions, and providing detailed issue resolution strategies.
    • Strong understanding of various operating systems and Active Directory architecture.
