    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle EBS applications, while also recommending improvements and upgrades to existing IT systems. You will document system designs, business processes, and development tasks, and generate reports using a variety of reporting tools. Your responsibilities will also include conducting audits, leading training sessions, and recommending system modifications. Additionally, you will analyze customer requirements for Oracle EBS programs, support the operation of system processes such as payroll and data interface reports, and review data sources using BI reporting tools. You will resolve Oracle-related issues, implement EBS functionalities, and assist with system upgrades.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Participate in designing, building, and implementing business system solutions using Oracle eBusiness Suite to address complex business needs, bridging the gap between business challenges and technology solutions.
    • Identify, document, and execute various tasks such as As-Is processes, business requirements, To-Be solutions, functional specifications, configuration, test plans, and scripts for straightforward projects, and assist with complex ones.
    • Explore system configuration options, offering functional expertise to develop solutions that meet business requirements, while utilizing standard functionalities wherever possible.
    • Collaborate with technical development teams and coordinate efforts for new implementations, functionality enhancements, updates, and performance improvements.
    • Assist in resolving issues by working directly with users on Tier II and III Help Desk problems and managing Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support.
    • Independently handle assigned tasks related to projects, ongoing maintenance, and business-as-usual (BAU) activities.

    Specific Skills

    • Proven experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Senior Functional Consultant or a similar role, with deep knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite.
    • Extensive expertise in the Oracle SCM module.
    • Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementation, configuration, and support projects, including system setup, data migration, and testing.
    • Strong understanding of Oracle Application Architecture.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and integrate third-party applications.
    • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and issue-tracking tools such as JIRA is a plus.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of software development, from requirements gathering to solution design, testing, and support.
    • Proficiency in flowcharting and content creation.
    • Strong command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and other software utilities.
