- Collaborate with teams to define system scope and objectives for moderate to complex technology systems.
- Design and implement cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements within project timelines and performance standards.
- Create business scope, requirements, functional, technical, testing, and deployment documentation across multiple applications.
- Handle the full SDLC lifecycle, utilizing methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Address and resolve software bugs and integration issues across various applications.
- Configure, extend, modify, localize, and integrate ERP software (CEMLI).
- Analyze and resolve system issues related to patch and upgrade processes.
- Implement functional setups for Oracle EBS modules, Oracle APEX, and Salesforce.
- Develop customizations, integrations, and ERP conversions.
- Create documentation for business scope, technical and functional processes, and deployment (MD50, MD70, MD12).
- Utilize programming languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C, C++, Unix Scripting, and frameworks like Oracle Application Framework.
- Use tools including Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper, SQL Developer, and others to develop applications.
- Manage projects across Oracle modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and more.
- Support Fusion HCM applications and OTBI reporting.
- Collaborate on multi-platform environments including Unix, Linux, and Windows.
- Mentor junior Oracle EBS Functional Developers.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the testing, review, and implementation of system upgrades and patches, collaborating with teams to document processes and results.
- Production Support: Analyze problems, debug, and provide fixes as part of production support. Troubleshoot production issues and recommend alternative solutions.
- Application Development: Suggest and implement process improvements, innovative solutions, and customer service enhancements. Manage projects and provide leadership for IT initiatives.
- Training: Develop user guidelines and train system users on new functionality.
- Individual Development: Stay up-to-date on system trends and technologies, continuously improving knowledge through classes, reading, and user groups.
- Expertise in R12 business processes, particularly AP, AR, GL, Purchasing, Inventory, Planning, Forecasting, and Project Accounting.
- Experience developing RICE objects, complex Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows.
- Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and OAF, with a focus on performance tuning.
- Experience with BI Publisher, Oracle Report Builder, and Unix/Linux Shell scripting.
- Ability to interpret technical publications, write documentation, and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Oracle's standards and best practices for EBS.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with technical writing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of Oracle development experience, particularly in order management, inventory, receiving, and shipping.
- Preferred experience with Oracle R12 and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- 2+ years of experience with Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) & PS (Production Scheduling) modules is a plus.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal travel may be required.
- Physical Demands: Light physical activity such as sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of less than 20 pounds.
