- Lead PEGA-RTD Implementations: Spearheaded the end-to-end execution of PEGA-RTD projects, from initial design to development, testing, and final deployment.
- Technical Specifications Development: Collaborate with business teams to analyze their needs and create detailed technical specifications that align with PEGA best practices.
- Decision Strategy Configuration: Develop and configure decision tools such as decision strategies, tables, and trees within the PEGA-RTD environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to understand and address project requirements.
- Mentoring and Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure high-quality solutions and professional growth within the team.
- Code Reviews and Best Practices: Participate in code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards and development best practices for optimal performance.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to PEGA-RTD implementations, configurations, and integrations.
- Continuous Learning and Process Improvement: Stay current with the latest trends in PEGA-RTD and real-time decision-making technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of methodologies and processes.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead a team as an RTD Lead Consultant.
- Extensive PEGA Experience: A minimum of 8 years of hands-on PEGA application design and development experience, with at least 5 years in PEGA Case Management (CJCM).
- Performance Analysis & Code Review: Expertise in performance analysis, code reviews, and development improvements using PEGA tools.
- Issue Triage and Log Analysis: Strong skills in issue triaging and log analysis using tools like Kibana, along with a deep understanding of flow design.
- Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience in integrating PEGA applications with third-party systems such as CMS, payment platforms, and other e-commerce applications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PEGA, CSA, CSSA, PRPC, REST integration, job schedulers, queue processors, Kafka, and Agile methodologies.
- Marketing Solution Implementation: Experience in implementing PEGA marketing solutions, focusing on outbound, inbound, and real-time interactions.
- Web Service Integration: Technical knowledge of integration strategies using SOAP and REST, including web services.
- PEGA-CPDC Certification: PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) experience is a plus.
- PEGA Decisioning Hub (DCH): Familiarity with PEGA Decisioning (DCH Hub) technologies is a valuable asset.
- PEGA RPA and ML Studio: Experience with PEGA Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and PEGA Machine Learning (ML) Studio is highly desirable.
