Job Description

We seek a highly skilled SAP ABAP HANA Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on advanced SAP projects and contribute to the digital transformation of our clients. As an SAP ABAP HANA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP applications using ABAP programming language on the HANA database. You will work closely with functional teams, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Your SAP HANA and ABAP expertise will be crucial in optimizing performance and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Develop custom SAP applications using ABAP programming language on the HANA database. Create and maintain SAP HANA data models, tables, indexes, and views.
• Technical Specifications: Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Develop and document technical designs for new applications and enhancements.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze performance bottlenecks and implement optimization techniques to ensure efficient data processing and retrieval.
• Integration: Integrate SAP HANA with other systems and applications. Develop and maintain interfaces using SAP PI/PO, Web Services, and other integration tools.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of SAP applications. Ensure the quality and reliability of the developed solutions.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on time.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams, business analysts, and other developers to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
   

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 2 years on SAP HANA.
   

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in ABAP programming language.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database and data modeling.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP NetWeaver.
• Familiarity with SAP PI/PO, Web Services, and other integration tools.
• Understanding of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and HR.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in ABAP and/or HANA.
