Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Processes Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO) to help our clients enhance their business functionality and optimize overall performance. This senior-level role demands in-depth knowledge of SAP's technical and functional FICO capabilities, as well as industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze their business requirements, objectives, and processes, helping to define the scope of projects and deliverables.

In this role, you will provide strategic advice to customers, guiding them on both short-term and long-term imperatives, and recommending innovative solutions that align with future business and IT trends. You will also assist in creating tactical and strategic roadmaps for the deployment of SAP's digital solutions.

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Serve as an SAP FICO Functional Finance Consultant/Architect, specializing in SAP FICO solution design and full lifecycle implementation.
• Led the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP FICO solutions in S/4 HANA, integrating Ariba and BPC.
• Take ownership of an SAP Finance (FI/CO) solution across 40+ countries, integrating with over 50 legacy systems.
• Provide leadership in global, multi-country projects involving complex work programs.
• Develop a new SAP Blueprint by refining and completing existing templates, and addressing any gaps.
• Identify and manage all finance-related touchpoints across core SAP modules, including Ariba and BPC.
• Support the definition of a comprehensive finance solution that meets corporate requirements.
• Translate business requirements into standardized solutions using established methods and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between solution architecture (including SOW, schedules, and contractual documents) and final terms.
• Write functional specifications for RICEFW objects and assist in developing test scripts.
• Lead a team (both onshore and offshore) in delivering SAP finance solutions.
• Personalize and tailor the customer journey while ensuring global scalability and consistency.
• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, manage revenue consumption, and oversee profitability management.
• Provide innovative ideas and solutions to address challenges and drive continuous improvements.
• Show a strong commitment to continuous learning and growth in both personal and professional skill sets.
• Exhibit adaptability and flexibility to handle tight deadlines, ambiguity, and evolving project requirements.
   

Work Experience:

• Over 6 years of professional experience, either in a consulting firm or within the IT department of an SAP customer, delivering implementation and support services.
• Deep understanding of financial business processes or controlling processes.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI and SAP CO configuration.
• Familiarity with integration across other SAP modules.
• Ideally, experience working in virtual teams and international environments.
• Proven track record as a team lead, successfully guiding consultants through S/4HANA implementation projects.
   

Qualifications:

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• Extensive hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant and Finance Solutions Architect, with several end-to-end SAP Finance implementations, including S/4 HANA.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP FI, CO, and S/4 HANA, with working knowledge of SAP’s core modules such as Ariba and BPC.
• Experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) programming and cloud computing, including SAP HANA, BODS, and BPC.
• Fluent in SAP processes and business process analysis, with proficiency in business case development.
• Strong leadership skills and experience leading small teams in both offshore and onshore settings.
• Critical thinker with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Prior experience as a consultant is essential.
