We are looking for a seasoned and dedicated SAP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and supporting SAP solutions, along with an in-depth understanding of industry-specific business processes and best practices.

As an SAP Consultant and subject matter expert in S/4 HANA Sales with strong expertise in EDI setup, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting them, and providing tailored solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities

• Participate in global rollouts and new implementations, including system and process design, configuration, integration testing, user training, and post-go-live support within a global SAP environment.
• Analyze complex business processes and provide expert consultation to users, ensuring that SAP is optimized for maximum efficiency and supports the business in achieving its goals.
• Facilitate business process discussions, translating business requirements into precise configuration and technical development specifications.
• Collaborate with the broader SAP team to develop cross-functional solutions that meet the organization’s needs.
• Conduct system regression testing for new SAP releases or upgrades, ensuring that the system remains stable and functional.
• Coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure that all changes are fully validated before deployment.
• Develop process documentation to support both internal systems control and end-user training, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Lead and support all SD (Sales and Distribution) and/or MM (Materials Management) activities, including managing both onsite consultants and offshore support teams.
• Work closely with key business users to design, configure, and modify SAP according to business needs, following industry Best Practices.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical specifications as well as training materials for end-users and internal controls.
• Prepare detailed test plans and scripts, conducting unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure system readiness.
• Coordinate and drive end-user testing, ensuring users are fully equipped to utilize system updates and changes.
• Provide oversight and support for integration points with other functional areas and SAP modules to support end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Assist management in planning future business system improvements, ensuring the SAP system evolves with organizational needs.
• Execute cutover tasks (both technical and business-related) during project releases, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.
• Offer production support during the post-go-live hypercare phase, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
• Manage the process of mass data uploads, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of SAP experience.
• Minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations from blueprint to go-live for the SD and/or MM modules.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in working with end-users from non-technical backgrounds.
• SAP certifications are strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience supporting a global organization.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, thriving in fast-paced project environments.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of management.
• Proven ability to define user requirements, create system specifications, estimate timelines, and generate clear, concise documentation.
• Willingness to travel for international assignments.
