Job Overview

As an SAP treasury and cash management manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative SAP projects focused on the SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) module. You will lead efforts to implement and optimize treasury and cash management solutions, collaborating with clients, our teams, and external partners. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring streamlined treasury operations, enhancing liquidity management, and minimizing risks. Your expertise will not only drive successful projects but also foster long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Led comprehensive SAP Treasury and Cash Management implementations, focusing on the SAP FSCM module from initial requirements gathering to final deployment.
• Partner with clients to understand their business challenges and goals, offering expert guidance on SAP Treasury best practices, with a particular focus on the FSCM module.
• Define and document business workflows, system requirements, and functional specifications that align with SAP FSCM solutions.
• Configure and customize the SAP FSCM module to suit client-specific needs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP FSCM functionalities and best practices.
• Develop robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business process stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of SAP FSCM with other systems.
• Provide in-depth expertise in treasury processes, including cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, risk management, and investment management using SAP FSCM capabilities.
• Monitor project timelines, address risks or issues, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to guarantee timely, successful project delivery.
• Stay abreast of SAP FSCM trends, continuously updating knowledge to contribute to SAP treasury management expertise.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in SAP treasury and cash management implementations, specializing in SAP FSCM, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Deep understanding of SAP FSCM, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong expertise in treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, risk management, and financial instruments.
• Proven track record of leading full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, with a focus on the FSCM module.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert business needs into SAP solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with clients, internal teams, and vendors in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
• SAP certification in Treasury and Cash Management and/or FSCM (preferred but not mandatory).
   

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree with solid knowledge in accounting and hands-on experience with SAP BCM and/or TRM modules.
• 4-5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, specializing in SAP BCM or TRM modules to support and manage banking and treasury needs from an IT perspective.
• Proven experience configuring SAP for payment processing and receipts management, utilizing standard, accepted bank formats.
• A thorough understanding of SAP FICO modules, with in-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes.
• Ability to work closely with internal treasury, finance, and accounting teams while effectively liaising with bank technical teams. Translate business requirements into functional designs and develop technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive for continuous learning and excellence.
   

Optional Skills

• Experience with SAP BCM/TRM/IHC implementation.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
