    Job Description
    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant to work closely with stakeholders to understand sales objectives and business requirements, designing customized solutions using the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role involves configuring and implementing Sales Cloud features, integrating with other Salesforce products, and providing training to sales teams and end-users for optimal system use.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary contact for clients, gathering their business requirements and fostering long-term relationships.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
       

    Project Planning & Management

    • Plan and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud projects, ensuring optimal time utilization and adherence to timelines.
    • Document meetings, and project updates, and coordinate client sessions.
    • Schedule and lead client meetings to align on project goals and progress.
       

    System Creation, Implementation & Deployment

    • Design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions tailored to meet business needs.
    • Train clients on system deployment, functionalities, and enhancements.
       

    Sales-Specific Solutions

    • Develop and deploy solutions aimed at improving sales outcomes, reducing sales cycles, and addressing specific sales challenges using Salesforce CRM.
    • Utilize analytics and data insights to monitor key Sales Cloud metrics and optimize performance.
       

    Daily Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the Salesforce CRM platform, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
    • Build critical reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and platform integrity.
    • Recommend improvements and new features to enhance platform usability.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline processes and improve Salesforce functionality.
    • Provide technical specifications, and documentation, and ensure adherence to security best practices.
       

    Requirements

    • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is essential.
    • At least 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, translating business needs into functional solutions using Salesforce.
    • Experience with Lightning Framework (Aura, LWC), integrations, Apex programming, Visualforce, Apex controllers, and REST/SOAP-based Web services.
    • Participation in at least one large-scale enterprise Salesforce project.
    • Must hold at least two Salesforce certifications.
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
    • Experience with object-oriented programming, relational databases, and Salesforce development tools such as Eclipse and VS Code.
    • Hands-on experience with Demandware SFRA framework, ISMLs, JS Controllers, OCAPI, and Business Manager configuration.
       

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Minimum 2+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with a focus on enterprise-level deployments.
    • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud Consultant) are preferred.
    • Strong understanding of SFDC architecture, business analysis, and development processes.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills.
       

    Secondary Skills

    • Technical architecture and security knowledge, including integration patterns and data security.
    • Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
