    Job Overview:

    We are excited to announce an opening for a skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Admin/BA to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, gathering critical requirements, designing tailored Salesforce solutions, and effectively managing various projects to enhance our organizational efficiency.
    As a Salesforce Business Analyst, your primary responsibility is to assess and optimize business processes, gather key requirements, design and configure Salesforce solutions, and oversee project management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and team members, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. A strong understanding of integrating Salesforce with other enterprise cloud systems is essential to meet various business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to meticulously gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
    • Dashboard and Report Development: Create and maintain insightful Salesforce dashboards, detailed reports, and efficient workflows that empower stakeholders with data-driven insights and operational efficiency.
    • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that meet evolving business needs.
    • User Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users, ensuring they are well-equipped to leverage Salesforce functionalities.
    • Data Integrity Management: Monitor and manage data integrity within the Salesforce platform, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information critical to business operations.
    • System Integration Design: Assist in the strategic design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise cloud technology systems, facilitating seamless information flow across platforms.
       

    Required Skills:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is essential.
    • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a comparable role within the tech industry.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform functionalities, including experience with Salesforce Lightening and Apex.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective interpersonal abilities foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
    • A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

    • Project Management: Plan, manage, and execute Salesforce projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
       

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Holding relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, is highly desirable.
    • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications will be a significant advantage.
    • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies to contribute effectively to the iterative development process.
    • Experience with data migration and management tools to facilitate smooth transitions and data accuracy.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics to leverage advanced analytical capabilities.
