Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, customization, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of sales cycles, business process flows, and essential CRM data types such as accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.

This role requires a self-driven, solution-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. While this is a fully remote position, some onsite visits may be required based on project needs. The candidate must be based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in design and architecture discussions with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and translate project requirements.
• Proven experience in successfully planning and implementing Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies, including mapping for integrations.
• Facilitate effective communication with clients and Project Managers to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot both technical and non-technical issues to ensure timely resolution for client support requests.
   

Key Technical Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary resource for complex development issues, including Java/AWS design, adherence to code standards, and conducting code reviews.
• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support innovative solutions.
• Analyze complex business requirements and develop technical specifications for the design or enhancement of software applications.
• Act as a technical expert in modeling, simulation, and analysis projects.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving project needs and client requirements.
• Contribute to the development of applications for e-commerce platforms, ensuring quality, security, and compliance standards are met.
• Work with cloud data stores such as Amazon S3, DynamoDB, and RDS, and perform test automation within a test-driven development framework.
• Implement DevOps methodologies, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, and Jira.
• Implement instrumentation to collect business-specific metrics related to user behavior.
• Develop microservices and enhance team knowledge of API management platforms, design standards, and best practices.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with microservices architecture, particularly using Docker containers.
• Proven experience developing solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• 5+ years of hands-on design and programming experience with Java, Spring, REST, and microservices on Linux platforms.
• Expertise in Gradle, Netflix OSS, PostgreSQL, and Couchbase is a plus.
• Strong background in developing data matching algorithms and data modeling.
• Experience in designing, developing, and managing solutions using ETL, Business Intelligence tools, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• 8+ years of experience in programming or leading solutions development with Java, J2EE, Spring, and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in deploying solutions to AWS Cloud (S3, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, and other AWS modules).
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Next Generation Applications (NGA), and Java development.
• Proficiency in developing microservices using Spring Boot.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, and Jira.
