Detailed Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned SAP PM with a specialization in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay. Below are the specifics of the role:

Work Location:

Nashville, TN (Day 1 Onsite)
Office Location in Brentwood, TN (4 days a week)

Job Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in Implementation & Support of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay

  • Certified in Compensation and Variable Pay with more than 8 years of lead experience in variable Pay

  • Hands-on configuration and functional expertise

  • Completion of 5 to 6 implementations on these modules, including lead Consultant level

  • Ability to lead workshops, document designs, and secure solution buy-in

  • Understanding of compensation and Variable Pay flows across EC, payroll, and PMGM

  • Knowledge of the latest automatic and customer configuration features and functionalities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
