We are looking for a seasoned SAP PM with a specialization in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay. Below are the specifics of the role:
Nashville, TN (Day 1 Onsite)
Office Location in Brentwood, TN (4 days a week)
8-12 years of experience in Implementation & Support of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay
Certified in Compensation and Variable Pay with more than 8 years of lead experience in variable Pay
Hands-on configuration and functional expertise
Completion of 5 to 6 implementations on these modules, including lead Consultant level
Ability to lead workshops, document designs, and secure solution buy-in
Understanding of compensation and Variable Pay flows across EC, payroll, and PMGM
Knowledge of the latest automatic and customer configuration features and functionalities
Excellent interpersonal skills
