Job Description

Position : SFDC Service Cloud Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Experience Required: 11+ years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components
Design and implement complex workflows, Flows, and automation
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Certifications:

PD 1 and PD 2 (Mandatory)
Data Architect, Integration Architect, and Application Architect certifications are highly desirable

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Service Cloud
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Flows, and REST API integrations
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
