The SAP Data Intelligence Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our data integration and analytics processes. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP Data Intelligence, data management, and data governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, data science, and business intelligence, with a proven track record of implementing data solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integration and Management:
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using SAP Data Intelligence.
• Integrate data from various sources, including SAP and non-SAP systems, to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
• Implement data quality and data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Data Analytics and Reporting:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and deploy advanced analytics models to extract actionable insights from data.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI tools.
   

Technical Expertise:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP Data Intelligence and related technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the data engineering and analytics teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure data availability.
   

Project Management:

• Lead data integration and analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on data initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
   

Training and Development:

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the data literacy and analytical capabilities of team members.
• Develop documentation and best practices for data integration, management, and analytics processes.
   

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or data analytics, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Data Intelligence.
   

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Data Intelligence, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of data integration tools and techniques, including ETL processes.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Java.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
